I love my trial for me and my bridal party, in particular I loved the girls who did my hair and makeup and specifically emaild Chic Occasion to request the same artists for my wedding day and they gave me the same two girls who gave me the exact look I was trying to achieve!! What do I do if I later have to change the original time and location of my booking?

Not a problem! Contact us by calling, texting or emailing. Your booking director or agent can update your time and location.

Please Note : Changes can not be made later than 72 hours prior to event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Call, text or email Chic Occasion to notify of your cancellation at your earliest convenience.

Please Note: your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Can I book to secure my date and later give you the details of time and location?

Not a problem! In order to secure your date, a deposit is required; details such as time and location can be added or altered as soon as that information is available to you.

If I already booked, can I add more people later?

Yes! Additions can be made up until 1 week prior to your event.

Do I get to pick the artist?

We are confident in the hair & makeup work all of our artists provide our clients; we do take into consideration the style you’re wanting and match you accordingly with an artist that specializes in those looks.

How many people do I have to have in order to book for my event?

With the exception of trials, we book parties of 3+. These 3+ can consist of hair and/or makeup services. Note there is no maximum on the size of parties we service; we routinely service large groups.

If I provide a picture(s), can you recreate the look I want for myself and others in my group?

Yes! Our artists are experienced and capable of recreating any look you submit. We will match an artist according to the style you’re wanting.

Do the artist come to my home, hotel or venue of choice?

Yes! Chic Occasion is unique in that we provide all on-site services. Our artists will go to your choice of venue you request.

Please Note: For hotel rooms and gated communities your room number and or directions on how to enter will be required.
