Terms and Conditions

TERMS

A deposit is required for all services. The deposit amount is 50% of the total amount agreed upon for services and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event via credit card and will be charged via the same credit card on file that was herein entered for deposit. Should you want to use a different credit card, let us know prior to 8 days preceding your event date; alternatively, should we attempt to charge the card on file and the remaining balance does not process, we will reach out for remittance. The client is responsible for informing Chic Occasion, LLC of any allergies he/she is aware of. Should a reaction occur, Chic Occasion, LLC will not be held legally responsible for any allergic reactions or breakouts requiring medical attention or not. All brushes and applicators are cleaned and sanitized prior to use. Chic Occasion is obligated to perform services as agreed upon unless there are unforeseen circumstances such as being involved in an accident, contagious illness, acts of God, family emergency, and other reasons beyond Chic Occasion, LLC’s control, in which case, another stylist will be sent to the client location of choice as a backup at no additional cost to the client.

By selecting “I have read and agree to the terms” button, you are signing this Agreement electronically. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual/handwritten signature on this Agreement. By selecting the above using any device, means or action, you consent to the legally binding terms and conditions of this Agreement. You further agree that your signature on this document (hereafter referred to as your "E-Signature") is as valid as if you signed the document in writing. You also agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature, and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your E-Signature or any resulting agreement between you and Chic Occasion, LLC
